Gridiron Pre-Sale Process

Now is the time to own a piece of history at Gridiron. Here’s how to select and purchase your new home, in five straightforward steps:

  1. Visit the sales center to choose your home. If you’re working with a real estate agent, please let us know and ask them to register you as their client.
  2. Review the Purchase and Sale Agreement, available at the sales center, via email, or from your agent.
  3. Work with a Gridiron preferred lender to obtain a preapproval letter and learn about financing options. Financing through Gridiron preferred lenders is not required.
  4. Contact the sales center to submit an offer.
  5. Stay tuned and follow along with construction progress and Pioneer Square neighborhood events. We’ll send regular construction updates and invitations to connect with your new neighbors.
